The vouchers can be claimed through these simple steps : 1) Get important information,specifically the membership ID and booking reference for flights made within the 2014 season 2) Submit these information to melbournestorm@tigerair.com..An email will be sent to the member upon receipt of the information. The voucher amount depends on the value of the flight purchases. 3) Use the e-voucher , which is valid for 6 months , for any domestic flights of Tigerair Australia.
