It comes reconditioned. You get 380 TV lines for better resolution, up to 30ft (9m) infra-red night vision, made with a anti-corrosive ABS case so you can use it outdoors, 33ft (10m) BNC cable so you can connect it to your indoor device. It is meant for monitoring entrances, car parks and storerooms around the home and work place, but I think it would be nice to put a couple of them around just to scare people walking by.
