The dock is primarily for Apply products although you can attack a 3.5mm auxiliary cable to it and your mp3 player for music instead. The dock includes a FM/AM radio and touch controls. It requires the use of a power cable and cannot be used on the go without the power cable plugged in. As a dock, it can charge your Apply products as it is on the base.
