Global EShop US Shipping $40 Free for Bank-Issued AmEx Cards

I've been hooked to online shopping since I found Etsy which is an online marketplace for all things hand- or custom-made but I was disappointed to find that some of my favorite online stores don't ship to Australia. Good thing I saw Global E-shop and I subscribed to them immediately. Essentially, you register with them and you get a US delivery address to which you can have all your goods delivered. Then you can just have all your purchases forwarded to your US shipping address and ship it in batches. They're now offering this and you get $40 free shipping. That way, you can Collect everything then ship to Australia when you reach a certain weight or volume. If your shipping is less than $40, then you get it complimentary IF you final payment for the item is made through a bank-issued American Express card.
