Discount on Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher 1kg Sentry

I was looking for some fire extinguishers and somehow saw this comment from the previous post. I followed the link and got to Bunnings with their fire extinguishers . The price is the lowest I have ever seen! They are really the cheapest on market. Usually, the price depends on state but not in all cases. Albion in Queensland is for $13.89 but Indooroopilly the same state is $19.57. I checked that most stores in NSW, VIC and QLD were $13.89. It looks like the other states ask $19.57 per item.
