To that regard, they are currently offering a 10% off discount on the first gen Apple iPad Mini which is roughly $30 off retail price. This edition comes with 16GB of memory, a 7.9 inch Retina display, Wi-Fi capabilities, and with MicroSIM card slot for 4G LTE. Of course, this requires that you have a valid data plan for this but this just means more functionality for your iPad instead of what happens with most tablets being limited to hotspots. This is one of the better deals although not the best but I would still get it if I were you.
