I've been a jogger for quite some time and let me tell you, it's not very relaxing when you have to reinsert your earbuds every few seconds because they keep falling off. Over the ear clips aren't great because they latch onto your ear and causes chaffing and pain after a few minutes of wear. That's why these are my go to pair of headphones now. Even though they might look strange, they're actually surprisingly comfortable in the way that they loop around your head. Another positive about these is that the wire doesn't just protrude from one of the earbuds like what most other earphones do. Instead, they come out in the back band so it doesn't interfere with your arm motion when you are exercising.
